This week, I was so busy and I couldn't cook.

So, I introduce to my sushi shop " Maguroya Maru"

There is a little expensive for us.

But the taste is so good.

Nabe Party

Today, I took place the Nabe party with class 7 friends!!

We bought many things and eat it!

We cooked Tonkotsu nabe!

I ate it in the first time.

But it taste is so good!

We love it!

We enjoyed today.

Also, today is 11/11

It's a pokky day.

We ate it , too.

This week, I couldn't cook dinner.

So, I introduce to my trip to Kyoto.

I ate Japanese sweets and Tohu.

First, I ate Yudohu.

Kyoto is very famouse for Tohu. I want to eat it!!

Next we were so tired. So, we took a break in the cafe.

I ate sweets set!!

It's so nice . I love it.

I want to go there once more.

Gyoza!!

Yesterday, I cooked Gyoza.

I like it very much, and I often cooked it.

But, it's first time I cooked it by myself.

First, I mixed a lot of materials.

I mixed it by my hands.

And I fill　the mixed materials for the thin.

Finally, I burned the Gyoza.

It's easy and good tast.

Let's try it!!

Japanese traditional food

I and my friend Manami cooked Japanese traditional food in the last week.

My friends Eirik and Taylor want to my dinner.

So, I cooked Chirashizushi.

It' also famous for my hometown Okayama.

It's very easy for us to cook it.

1.buy a sushi taro (set of chirashizushi)

2.mix the ingredients and sauce

3.burn eggs (thin)

4.put on the ingredients

I chose smoked salmon, eggs, and laver.

It's very easy and good taste.

Let's cook it!!

Okonomiyaki

I like Okonomiyaki!

So, I introduce for you to Okonomiyaki.

It's Okonomiyaki shop's it.

I love this shop, and I have a memory in this shop.

Because when I came to Osaka to take entrance exam,

my friend and I went to this shop.

It's in Umeda station.

This pictuer's Okonomiyaki is made me and my friends.

It's looks delicious , isn't it ??

Yesterday, I cooked pasta!!

I was so tired, so I cooked very easy pasta!

I boiled pasta,and I mixed batter and osuimononomoto!

It's very easy!!

But, very derisious.
